Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information sixpm collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this short, honest, and free of dark patterns — if anything here surprises you, we've failed.
What we collect
Account data you provide — name, email, authentication identifiers, workspace tag.
Content you create — tickets, documents, focuses, comments, and other workspace artifacts.
Operational data — IP address, user agent, request timestamps, error traces, and session identifiers we use to run the service.
How we use it
To provide the service — authenticate you, sync your workspace across devices, and deliver notifications.
To improve the service — diagnose errors, measure feature usage in aggregate, and tune performance.
To communicate with you about service changes, security incidents, and billing.
AI processing
When you invoke AI features — the record assistant, fix wording, timeline summaries — we send the relevant content to our model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) solely to compute the response.
We do not train on your data. Our providers operate under zero-retention agreements where available.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We share data with a small set of sub-processors necessary to operate the service — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and AI providers. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
You can access, export, and delete your data from the workspace settings at any time.
EU / UK / California residents have additional rights under GDPR / UK-GDPR / CCPA — you can exercise them by emailing privacy@sixpm.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, audited, and requires hardware-key second factors.
We disclose confirmed incidents to affected users within 72 hours.
