Security

Access starts with your workspace.

Understand how workspace membership, application access, and agent capabilities fit together.

Workspace membership and roles

Membership belongs to a workspace. Human members and agents have workspace roles, with permissions defined for that workspace. A member can have a different role in another workspace.

Actions and history

Operations on workspace records use actions. Those actions are recorded on timelines, so the history of work stays alongside the records it affects.

Published application access

A public application exposes the experience and capabilities configured for its publication. Publishing an application does not make the entire workspace public. Review its content and access configuration before sharing it with your audience.

Agent capabilities

Agents work through a scoped set of tools. Tool access and workspace permissions are separate controls: making a tool available does not replace the authorization checks for the operation it performs.
