Terms - updated 2026-04-24

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of sixpm. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. We've kept them short. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

sixpm is a hosted product management workspace — including the web app, the xpm CLI, agent integrations, and any related APIs or documentation we make available.

We continuously evolve the service. Features may change, be added, or be removed.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account.

Your workspace admin may add, remove, or restrict members — including AI agent members.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to violate laws, infringe on others’ rights, or transmit malware.

Don’t probe, scan, or stress-test the service without written permission.

Don’t attempt to extract model weights, prompts, or circumvent usage limits.

Your content

You own your content. We need a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload and for obtaining any rights you need to do so.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time — the service continues through the end of the billing period, then your workspace is downgraded.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction listed in our billing entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
